Mr. M. Sankara Subramanian - CEO

Mr. M. Sankara Subramanian, Chief Executive Officer is an Engineer in Electronics & Communication with 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He has a MS in Management Systems from Birla Institute of Technology. He has headed the Test department of a leading semiconductor company in , for eight years and has successfully implemented many test development projects for various customers both off-shore & on-site.

Mr. Sankara has hands on experience in the test program & hardware development of various new products in wide range Automatic Test Equipment Platforms like Advantest, Teradyne, LTXC, Shlumberger, Credence etc. He has an abundant knowledge & experience in the testing of high speed digital, power management, clock synthesizers, industrial analog and mixed signal application specific products and has completed several products in these product families. He has been instrumental in setting up the production test line and getting it qualified for usage, for different customer products. He also has the experience in transferring the production line from one site to another.

Mr. Sankara steers the team of talented professionals who manage & lead their functions with abundant experience in their fields. He sets the goal for the overall organization and develops the strategy in co-ordination with the respective functional leaders. He is responsible for the development of macro business plans for the various Business Units of ChipTest to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met. He envisages the areas to propel the Company in a profitable growth path, with no compromise on the inculcated values & ethics.

Mr. D. Balakumar - Head (Projects)

Mr. D. Balakumar, an Electronic Engineer with Masters Degree in IC Design from Nan yang Technological University, Singapore, leading the Test Development Team, has 21 years of experience in the Semiconductor Test Industry. He has handled several high profile SoC projects for some of the big IDM Customers by leading a good team of Test engineers. He has rich experience in wide varying ATE platforms like Verigy 93K (Mixed signal Application), Teradyne-FLEX (Mixed signal Application), LTX- Trillium, LTX-Fusion-HF, LTX-Delta STE, Credence-8256, etc.

Mr. Balakumar heads the Project Team comprising the skilled test engineers who have implemented several new projects in varying product families. He is responsible for the New Product Test Development, Test & Product Engineering activities of ChipTest and takes care of the deliverables associated with each Project work. Mr. Balakumar & his team provides the Customer the Project Plan, Implementation Status and Updates and interacts with the Customer on all technical aspects of the Project.

Mr. S. Magesh - Head (Hardware Products)

Mr. S. Magesh, with Electronics & Instrumentation background has been instrumental in the Maintenance & Installation of Test Equipments for more than 23 years in the Semiconductor Industry. He has rich experience in electronics as well as mechanical maintenance of all types of Test Equipments like Testers, Handlers, Probers, Tape & Reel etc. Has been a key member in establishing the testability of various Surface Mount / TQFN packages & qualifying the handlers for the same.

Mr. Magesh leads a team of talented engineers & technicians who are responsible for the maintenance & installation of all test equipments like Testers & Handlers and their instrumentation part. He is responsible for all hardware aspects associated with any Project and has a team to support on the ATE Load Board development. Mr. Magesh also leads the Product team to design & develop the various mechanical spare parts & accessories used in Semiconductor equipments. He heads the Embedded Division that provide turnkey embedded support solutions to various applications of the Semiconductor Industry in Equipment & Manufacturing segments.
